Why SERVPRO Photo Gallery

Brown wall that once was white, covered in mold.

It's a scary word, nobody likes to say it.

Mold. Black mold, particularly. Our team uses various technologies to detect mold and hidden water sources. This mold was found in someones basement. That means water was left sitting for over 48 hours. Don't let this be you!

Mold in a Glendale Kitchen

A water leak in the wall led to a growth of mold behind the base sink cabinet in this kitchen in Glendale. We removed the cabinet, which had no backing so that it could be reinstalled after a successful mold remediation service. We cut out, treated the exposed area, and replaced the drywall.

Black Mold on a Wall in Ladue

This wall absorbed water from a leak in the adjoining bathroom. The Black mold was isolated to this one area. A SERVPRO tech new how to remove the mold that was not deeply set in the drywall with abrasive sponges and a HEPA filtered vacuum to stop the circulation of mold spores. He sprayed an antifungal on the area and returned the following day to prime the treated wall. We looked out for our customer and saved her money with this successful mold remediation.

Mold in a Bathroom Sink Cabinet

Mold, in several colors and species, began to flourish in this damp bathroom cabinet. The owner requested we remove it and install something new. We treated the walls with an antimicrobial agent to kill any hidden mold and mold spores before completing the job.

Mold Remediation in Mehlville

When a homeowner smells that musty odor produced by mold, and he immediately calls a professional company, he saves himself, time and money. He may also help to eliminate adverse health effects caused by these fungi. This Mehlville mold remediation work sealed the unaffected areas with black poly sheeting, then proceeded to remove the porous drywall that was heavily infested from the framing. Proper use of clothing, goggles, and gloves protects the technicians during this demolition. The exposed lumber is then treated with chemicals that will kill existing colonies in this area.  For added protection, this isolated area was serviced with an air scrubber to remove the majority of mold spores circulating in the air. This does increase IAQ, indoor air quality.
