Glendale Water Damage to an Office Storage Area

The water was being extracted as our SERVPRO of Clayton/Ladue team began the cleanup of this office area in Glendale. The fire suppressant system water line ruptured and saturated the ceiling tiles, framing, walls, and floors. The proprietor and us working with his insurance company formulated a demolition and rebuild plan that was acceptable to both parties. After the cleanup and tossing of the interior materials, we sprayed the wood trusses with agents to reduce the chance of mold or microbial growth.
