Water Damage – Clayton Offices

Water damage at this Clayton office occurred when the sprinkler system accidentally activated during the night. The photo shows just how much water had accumulated from the incident. The building management was familiar with SERVPRO of Clayton / Ladue and called us immediately upon the discovery of the water damage. We were asked to locate and repair the source of the problem and to clean up the water. Our response time was under one hour, and we began extracting the water as soon as we arrived. The company that had installed the sprinkler system was called in to repair the control system of the sprinklers. While the sprinkler repair was being performed we set up commercial air movers and dehumidifiers to speed the drying process.
