Had a water leak that flooded the bathroom, bedroom and crawl space. Jose was here on a Saturday afternoon within an hour. He was friendly and knowledgeable. Still in the early stages of the restoration, but I'm very happy so far.

Great experience and honest feedback. Tyler should be cloned! We had a minor incident with only a little damage. They were careful to explain all options with associated cost. I will definitely call again if the need arises.

Turns out the kids' bathtub had a crack in it, which was leaking into the basement. There was mold growth, wetness, and all kinds of awful down there. SERVPRO was able to fix the problem and get things back in shape. Well done.

St Louis Flood Damage - Our crawl space suffered water damage after a pipe broke. We had plumber fix the pipe, we had Thomas inspect for mold and water damage. Thomas used some kind of high-tech equipment and tested for moisture n the crawl space, subfloor also the wood floor and told us we did not need to do any work based on moisture readings. Another water damage repair company recommended $3215 of work! Thomas is honest, thorough and professional. We highly recommend him and SERVPRO.

I would not have known I had a water leak until I discovered water on my laundry room floor. When I moved my washer I could not find the source until I started the cycle and watched the water spray all over the room. There was water damage on the floor and in the wall, which I believed was going to be an outrageous remodelling job that would cost a lot of money. Fortunately there are professionals in the world like your technicians that made me feel better without busting my bank account.
